I was extremely happy when I got one of my students' call.
Later on, she sent a message to me after I gave my utmost congrats for her improvement.
This is what she wrote in the message.
'Thanks to teacher sebab ajar saya sampai faham. Result ni untuk cikgu.'
I never thought it can be that happy to be a teacher. Despite the evaluation result I got, I think the students' improvement gives me a boost to go forward to become a good teacher.
Now only I realise why the role of teacher is so important and their burden so much heavier than we think.
People always say it's not easy to be a good teacher. But every single step I take, every hard work I do, I am moving forward to the target of being a good teacher.
Miracle, is what I want to create among the students =)

Anyone can cook =)
I love cooking.... Hmmm.... Am I? Anyways..... I am going to introduce 2 new dishes. Easy and delicious. First dish will be fried pork ribs with orange glaze.
The ingredients that you need will be
oranges juice
some orange peel. Chop it into small pieces.
fried onion
And of course, the pork ribs.
First, heat up the wok. When it is hot enough, pour in some oil. Make sure the oil is hot enough before you put in the pork ribs. Test it with a pair of chopsticks.
When there is some bubbles around the chopsticks, it means you can put in the pork ribs.
After that, put in the pork ribs piece by piece. Turn your fire into low to avoid the pork ribs burnt.
Fried it until it turns golden colour.
Then, add in the orange peel, fried onion, fried until the aroma comes out. After that, pour in the orange juice and fried it for some time. Add some soya sauce and sugar to make it more tasty.
And here I present you, the FRIED PORK RIBS WITH ORANGE GLAZE.
But when I browse through the internet, this is what I got.
Why the same dishes but it can be so much different in the appearance. Sob. But it is a YUM-YUM dish. =)))
The next dish would be oatmeal butter prawn.
The main ingredients will be prawn, butter, oatmeal, curry leaves, cili padi, garlic.
First, fried the garlic and cili padi with butter instead of cooking oil. This can increase the sense of taste.
After a while, add in curry leaves and oatmeal. When the aroma is out, add in the prawn.
Fried for some time, and it can be served. =)
Yum yum.
Simple and easy. So, if you want to get your boyfriend or your husband to be loyal to you and love you as much as he can, you got to master in cooking. Hehe.

Always proud to be a TEACHER =)

"Jalan Sentul???" Oh sh**. How the hell I go there?
This is my response after I know my placement as all of us are expecting placement around PJ. I was so upset especially when we are informed that we will be teaching for afternoon session although we required to have morning session.
But who will ever know this placement will bring us such a joy and happiness. 10 weeks of training, 10 weeks of hard work, 10 weeks of being together. I never knew it can be so fun to teach the girls. And to be honest, I did enjoy when I am with them.
They are so lovely and cute. They will share whenever they make food during cooking class, they will share the story that happen around them even though I am just a new teacher.
I thought saying goodbye would be easy for me. I thought shedding of tears will not happen to me. But they prove me wrong. And then only I know there is so much of reluctance for me to leave the school, to leave them.
Isn't it so warm when you know you play an important role in your students' heart? =)
