Movies Review

One of the advantages working in a magazine company is you get to take whole lots of free movie tickets. So I have been visiting the cinema quite many times in the past 2 months. Calling up different friends to be my companion (well, this ends when my bf came back 2 weeks ago, sob =p) Anyways, I have watched 4 movies recently, Child Eye, Legend of the Guardian, Wall Street and The Other Guys. And out of these 4, I heard most compliments are for the movie Wall Street. But guess what, I ended up half asleep in the cinema. It was so boring. Maybe I am really not interested in this kind of movies or I am really not aware of the economy status going on around the world now. Anyways, the one sitting beside me didn't enjoy much either. Hehe. Next, I went for the movie Legend of The Guardian with my colleagues, which is a much better one. Never know they can come out with a story line like this with the main casts are OWLS. But I just love the theme song so much. "To the Sky" by Owl City. Love it love it! =DDDD Click here and you will love it too =)
Speaking of the third movie, Child Eye, it was such a disappointment. I thought it will be very scary. I already prepared myself not to scream to loud by bringing along my bf (so that I can pinch him when it comes to horror part) but too bad, I got no chance to do it. Aiks. The director of this movie is Pang's Brothers. I was expecting a very good show from them as they did quite well in the previous ghost movies. But not this time. The story line is not good enough, neither Rainie Yong played a good act in that movie. The computer special effects are yet too fake and totally not matched in this movie. So for my advice, save up your money for next better movies, such as The Other Guys. It was a really great movie. Full of sense of humors, the actors are good, although the Rock was on the screen for few minutes only (was looking forward his acting actually) Nevertheless, it is a nice and worthy movie to watch.

Hehe. I am so in love with my job now. Hehe. Only when there is movie tickets and concert tickets for free. Nyek nyek.
