Blessings...... =)

Like what I always tell myself, I am a blessing girl. I always learn to count my blessings and be contented with what I have right now. Thank you for the birthday celebrations you all prepared for me. I can feel the love that you guys gave towards me. Here is the post from me to thanks you all for the wonderful birthday celebrations.
First it was the early birthday celebration from my pals all the way from their hometown which I already mentioned it in the previous post. Thank you for the night we spent. It was warm and wonderful.
Then during Sunday night, my boyfriend and my buddies gave me surprise celebration. It was a big surprise as I was watching movie in my room with my boyfriend, and suddenly he said he left his camera in his car. So he went and to get it. And then he text me saying he meet his kindergarten friends outside there, in my residential area. What a coincidence. So I thought it's true. Until when he back to room, and someone knocked on our door. I thought it is from my housemate, and when I open the door, here is what I saw.......

It was really a big surprise, I bet you all can see it from my reaction. Then only I know the kindergarten friends that he met is them. Ish ish. Anyways, I was really touched and at the same time feel embarrass as I was in my lousy, messy, inappropriate outfit. Now I know why people like to give surprise huh. =p Nevertheless, the celebration was great. Having them around, chit chatting and played around with Mata ( the dummy cat ), it melts my heart.

I LOVE ice cream cake a lot. But then the quality of this ice cream is getting worst. It does not taste as nice as I first tasted during my first year birthday celebration in uni. Perhaps, someone should buy me Viennatta ice cream cake. I think that one should be tastier than ice cream froim bakery shop. Hehe. To that someone, click here if you don't know what is Viennetta ice cream. Hahaha!

The next day, Shenyang and I went out for dinner. Just a simple dinner as I was really tired after working for long hours. We went to Italiannies to have our dinner. But the dish not as tasty as I first tried before. Hmmmm...... No more for Italiannies. Anyhow, we enjoyed ourselves a lot that night. =)

The next day, which is Tuesday, I went to Neway Karaoke in Time Square with my colleagues to celebrate Berger's ( one of my colleague ) and my birthday together. It was a great night, we all enjoyed a lot although we still need to work the next day. Anyways, my colleagues are really good in singing I would say. No one wants to let go the mic from their hand. That's the reason why we can sing until 5 hours. And the craziest thing is, they were reluctant to go home. Luckily, one of my colleague paid the bill quite early, and the staff ended our sessions. If not, I bet they can sing until 2 am. Huhuhu. Here is some pictures on that night!

The next night, my sister had a birthday surprise for me. Hmmm... wondering whether surprise this word is suitable or not. Hehe. I was talking on my phone before I ready to sleep, and suddenly my sister came in, switched off the leg, walked in with a small birthday cake. She sang birthday song, and when she come right in front of me, the candles were blown off by the fan. And on the spot, she immediately said " Let's start over again!" And she went out the room and came in again and this time she remembered to off the fan as well. I can't help myself from laughing. Isn't she cute? Hahahahah! She is such a lovely sister. Thank you *hugs*

During the weekend, I had a meet up with my students as they already finished their exam last week. So I thought it will be a short catch up with them. So after my tuition, I went to Sentul to meet them up. One of the students led me to Sogo nearby taking LRT. When we reached there, I was lead by them heading to the Redbox Karaoke. And when I get in, here is what they prepared.

One thing to mention here, my students are not those from rich family. But they are so generous enough in buying me secret recipe cake, paid the bill for karaoke expenses, buying birthday presents for me and even forbidden me in paying LRT tickets for them. I insisted to pay for them, but they rejected. They are just students and yet they did so many things to me and pay for everything. It really makes me wonder am I that good until they contribute so much to me? I am so so so so grateful to have them as my students. Once a student of mine, for a lifetime they are my students. =)

I know a word thank you is never enough to express my feelings towards you all. But still, thank you! ( attention! : I am bowing now! Hehe ) Thanks a lot. All these really mean a lot to me! I can't be more grateful to have you all as my friends, my love ones =)

Adam Lambert's concert!

Sorry for the procrastination about Adam Lambert's concert. Someone hold the photos for so long before pass it to me. Ish ish.
Anyways, as what I have written in my FB, it was an awesome concert! I never thought it will be that bombastic, amazing, awesome, freaking excited (what else? hehe) to watch him singing live. His voice was so amazing, high pitch, low pitch, medium pitch is never a problem to him. And of course, his appearance is still so Adam Lambert. Hehe. Smokey eyes, painted black nails, tight pants, and his expressions. It was WOW! And we spotted some of Adam Lambert's fans with the same appearance as well.

Anyways, back to the concert, Daniel Lee, who is a winner of Malaysian Idol in year 2004 performed before the concert start, which is quite amazing also. Never knew he can sing so well. Credits to him! =)
While waiting for the concert starts, the crowds are getting excited. There is one foreigner dressed like Micheal Jackson started to dance among the audience, while the rest clapping hands and move their body along with the music.

In short, it was pretty amazing to see Adam Lambert singing live. He is incredibly amazing!

Movies Review

One of the advantages working in a magazine company is you get to take whole lots of free movie tickets. So I have been visiting the cinema quite many times in the past 2 months. Calling up different friends to be my companion (well, this ends when my bf came back 2 weeks ago, sob =p) Anyways, I have watched 4 movies recently, Child Eye, Legend of the Guardian, Wall Street and The Other Guys. And out of these 4, I heard most compliments are for the movie Wall Street. But guess what, I ended up half asleep in the cinema. It was so boring. Maybe I am really not interested in this kind of movies or I am really not aware of the economy status going on around the world now. Anyways, the one sitting beside me didn't enjoy much either. Hehe. Next, I went for the movie Legend of The Guardian with my colleagues, which is a much better one. Never know they can come out with a story line like this with the main casts are OWLS. But I just love the theme song so much. "To the Sky" by Owl City. Love it love it! =DDDD Click here and you will love it too =)
Speaking of the third movie, Child Eye, it was such a disappointment. I thought it will be very scary. I already prepared myself not to scream to loud by bringing along my bf (so that I can pinch him when it comes to horror part) but too bad, I got no chance to do it. Aiks. The director of this movie is Pang's Brothers. I was expecting a very good show from them as they did quite well in the previous ghost movies. But not this time. The story line is not good enough, neither Rainie Yong played a good act in that movie. The computer special effects are yet too fake and totally not matched in this movie. So for my advice, save up your money for next better movies, such as The Other Guys. It was a really great movie. Full of sense of humors, the actors are good, although the Rock was on the screen for few minutes only (was looking forward his acting actually) Nevertheless, it is a nice and worthy movie to watch.
Next movies: Sammy's adventures, You again, The Switch, Perfect Wedding.
Hehe. I am so in love with my job now. Hehe. Only when there is movie tickets and concert tickets for free. Nyek nyek.

Wonderful Weekend =)

He used to say I am a playful girl. I always laugh and admit it indirectly.
Tonnes of plans wanted to do, but really not enough time for me.
Suddenly it appears to my mind that my colleague once said: "How good if we had 72 hours per day."
Last Friday went to Luna Bar which located beside Shangri-La Hotel with my old pals.
It was great gathering, although I need to work the next morning. (I hate working 6 days per week. GRRRRR...)
Anyways, compare to Sky Bar which is located in Traders Hotel, I prefer Luna Bar.
Well, the environment is much better and the decorations inside the building are nice!

The night view was awesome. And in fact, the KLCC twin tower become single tower viewing from here. Hehe.

Friends were suppose to surprise us with a birthday birthday cake (for victor and my early birthday celebration.) So they called and make reservation.
Friend: Hi, I would like to make reservation for 5 people for tomorrow night. Ermm, we are going to celebrate my friends' birthday over there. Can we bring in the cake?
Receptionist: Yes, of course you can. But RM 50 will be charged for the plates, forks as well as napkins that we provided for you.
Friend: ....... (WTF)

So my friends ended up buying a slice of cake over there. Still, it means a lot to me as they remember my birthday. This is what a friend for right? Hehe.

And well, the advantage of being a girl, I got treat from a bar tender. SHOT! Something called Safari. I tried half of it, and it tastes sucks, exactly like a concentrated coughing medicine. Anyways, poor Vic, not getting any. Lalalalala. Haha.

The next day, colleagues and I went to Desa Park City which located not far away from my house. It is a nice place to have a walk with your doggies, fly kite, and jog. And we went there to fly kite. Been planning for this for weeks but the weather was so bad for the last few weeks that we couldn't make it. Thank God, it didn't rain last Saturday. Although I made the wrong way to the place and take a U turn after a LOOOOOONG journey. It's basically a residential area which full of rich people. It owned a small shopping mall with different shops and a big park. Well, if you want to marry to a rich guy or marry a rich girl or women, ahem, hehe, please do make yourself free and bring a dog to this place. Hoping that your dog will bump into his or her dog, and then ~ZTTTTT~ electricity flows between you two. Hahaha! Alright, I know I am bull-shitting now. Hehe. Anyways, let the pictures do the talking.
